General Terms & Conditions:

  • Kindly verify/inspect all items during receipt of delivery and DO NOT accept any damaged goods from the delivery team.
  • No claim will be entertained for damaged goods & short delivery at a later stage.
  • Kindly keep the original packing safe of all items under warranty as it would be required to process any warranty claim.
  • All warranty claims are subject to approval from HP.
  • HP warranty can directly be claimed from HP warranty centers in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad.
  • In case if the buyer requires seller assistance for warranty claim, the faulty product in its original packing would have to be dispatched to any one of our branches in Pakistan.
  • Please note that for all transactions over Rs. 100,000, customer’s ID Card copy will be required as per Government regulations.
  • Actual product may vary from the images shown on our website

Paper Products

  • Paper products carry no warranty, kindly inspect/verify the goods on receipt

HP Toner Cartridges

  • All yields included are as per the information provided by HP and based on international ISO standards which is approximately 5% coverage area of an A4 size paper. Actual yield varies considerably based on content of printed pages and other factors. For details see http://www.hp.com/go/learnaboutsupplies.
  • All HP Toner Cartridges are covered under warranty for 3 years from the date of production which is mentioned on the toner box.
  • Average processing time for a warranty claim is 7 working days from item receipt.
  • Toner manufacturing code included on the box would also be included in the invoice raised
  • First 5 digits of the manufacturing code are included on the cartridge
  • Following would be required to process any warranty claim
          • Faulty toner cartridge
          • Toner cartridge box with the same manufacturing code as included on the toner
          • Our sale receipt with the manufacturing code of the toner included
          • Faulty print of the ‘Supply Status Page’ and ‘Printer Test/Demo Page’

HP Ink Cartridges

  • All yields included are as per the information provided by HP and based on international ISO standards which is approximately 5% coverage area of an A4 size paper.   • Expiry date of all HP Ink Cartridges is included on the box. Warranty is claimable before the expiry date.
  • Average processing time for a warranty claim is 7 working days from item receipt.
  • Ink expiry date would also be included in the invoice raised
  • Following would be required to process any warranty claim
          • Faulty ink cartridge
          • Ink cartridge box with the same expiry date as included on the cartridge
          • Our sale receipt with the expiry date of the ink cartridge included
          • Faulty print of the ‘Supply Status Page’ and ‘Printer Test/Demo Page’

HP Printers & Scanners

  • All HP Printer & Scanners carry a 1-year warranty from the date of sale invoice
  • Product serial number shall be included on the sale invoice, a copy of which would be required to process any warranty claim
  • Average processing time for a warranty claim is 15 days from the date of item receipt. In rare cases, claims can take around 30 days due to non-availability of parts at the HP depot.
  • Following would be required to process any warranty claim
          • Faulty hardware with complete accessories and supplies
          • Hardware box for safe transportation. Buyer must ensure that the faulty hardware reaches the warranty center/seller without any physical damage
          • Our sale invoice with the serial number of the hardware included
